Terms and Conditions - Confetti Wine Fest

1. Introduction
These rules are here to ensure safety and comfort for all participants.
The event is organized by: Confetti People Alicja Włóczyk, check "About us" for more details. 

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.

 

2. Age and Children
Wine tasting and independent participation are strictly for adults (18+). Staff reserves the right to check ID at the entrance.
Families are welcome. Minors may enter the festival grounds, but only under the constant supervision of parents or legal guardians. Guardians are fully responsible for the safety and conduct of their children. Alcohol will strictly not be served to minors.

 

3. Pets
Confetti Wine Fest is pet-friendly. You are welcome to bring your dog, provided that:

• The dog is kept on a leash and under control at all times.

• The owner cleans up after their pet.

• The animal is not aggressive or disruptive to others. Security reserves the right to ask owners of disruptive pets to leave the venue.

 

4. Tickets and Wristbands
At the entrance, your ticket (QR code) will be scanned and exchanged for a festival wristband.
The wristband allows re-entry. You may leave and return to the festival grounds as many times as you like during event hours, as long as you have your wristband on.
Please do not remove or damage your wristband – damaged wristbands are invalid.
Tickets for dated events are non-refundable (in accordance with consumer law), so please purchase responsibly.

 

5. Safety and Conduct
We want the festival to be a safe and enjoyable space for everyone. The Organizer and security staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who:

• Are visibly overly intoxicated.

• Behave aggressively or pose a threat to others.
  In such cases, ticket refunds will not be issued.
  Please look after your personal belongings – the Organizer is not responsible for items left unattended.

 

6. Program Changes
We make every effort to ensure the winemaker lineup remains as announced. However, we reserve the right to make changes to the program (e.g., list of exhibitors) due to unforeseen circumstances. Such changes are not grounds for a ticket refund.
Refunds are only issued if the festival is cancelled entirely or if the date/location changes.

 

7. Image Rights
We will be taking photos and videos during the festival for promotional purposes (e.g., for our website or social media). By participating in the event, you consent to your image being used in our event coverage.
