2. Tickets and Reservations

3. Rights and Restrictions

5.2. In case of a date or location change, the Customer has the right to a ticket refund if they are unable to attend the Festival at the new date or location.

6. Organizer’s Liability

6.1. The organizer is not liable for the loss or damage of the Customer’s property during the Festival.

6.2. The organizer is not responsible for personal injury to the Customer resulting from unforeseen circumstances, unless caused by gross negligence.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. These Terms are an integral part of the agreement between the Customer and the Festival Organizer.

7.2. The organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms, notifying Customers through the website.
